RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with an item purchased at Amoret Beauty, we will gladly take it back and issue a full refund within 10 days of purchase.
Please note, we cannot take back opened or used item. In order to issue a full refund, the purchased item must be unopened and unused.
Every item on the website (www.amoret.ca) has unique barcode numbers created by the manufacturer. If the barcode number on an item being returned does not match our records, that item cannot be returned and a refund will not be issued.
Orders older than 10 days cannot be refunded. No exceptions. However, we will exchange the item.
RETURNS AFTER 10-DAYS
If an item purchased is over the 10-day refund period, we will exchange the item or issue a store credit.
To exchange an item, item has to be in its original packaging, unopened, unused. Item barcode number has to match our records.
When requesting an exchange, preferred item has to be the same amount as the already purchased item or more.
We will not adjust price if preferred item is a lower amount.
If a store credit issued instead of an exchange or refund, store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
EXCHANGING A WRONG ITEM/ PRODUCT
With online shopping, you can never be too sure what you're getting. Please message or call us if you require further assistant with an item/ product before you place your order.
If you purchase the wrong item/ product and need an exchange, please call, text, or email us before we begin the delivery process or shipping ship your order.
Amoret Beauty is more than happy to exchange an item/ product. For all our delivery zones, a $2 fee will be applied.
REQUESTING A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Please inform us whether it’s a refund or exchange.
We will pick up items which are being returned or exchanged. A $2 pick up fee will be charged. If it’s a return for a refund, refund will be issued minus $2 pick up fee. If an exchange, $2 will be applied and preferred item will be delivered at the same time of pickup.
Please note that pickups are only available to Windsor-Essex and surrounding areas.
When requesting a refund or exchange for orders outside our local delivery areas, the customer is fully responsible for the shipping cost to get the item to us.
